Crockpot Mississippi Meatballs
These Crockpot Mississippi Meatballs are the ultimate easy comfort food!
Made with frozen meatballs, ranch mix, au jus, butter, and tangy pepperoncini peppers.
Just toss everything in the slow cooker and let the magic happen.

Ingredients:
1 lb frozen meatballs (store-bought or homemade)
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
5-6 whole pepperoncini peppers
1/4 cup juice from pepperoncini jar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Crockpot
Place the frozen meatballs in the bottom of your crockpot.
Mix the Seasonings
Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the meatballs. Add the pepperoncini peppers and juice from the jar. Stir to combine.
Add the Butter
Place the stick of butter on top of the meatballs and seasonings. Don’t worry if it covers them completely the butter will melt and create a flavorful sauce.
Cook in the Crockpot
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce is well combined.
Serve & Enjoy
