    Ingredients:

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    1 packet ranch dressing mix

1 packet au jus gravy mix

1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

5-6 pepperoncini peppers (plus a splash of juice)

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

    Directions:

    1. Layer Ingredients: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.

    2. Add Butter & Peppers: Place the stick of butter on top of the chicken. Scatter the pepperoncini peppers around it and drizzle a little of their juice for extra flavor.

    3. Cook Low & Slow: Cover with the lid and cook on:

    Low: 6-8 hours

    High: 3-4 hours
(Cook until the chicken is tender and shreds easily.)

    4. Shred & Mix: Use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the crockpot. Stir well to combine it with the rich sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

    5. Serve & Enjoy: Serve over rice, creamy mashed potatoes, or as a filling for sandwiches. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
