Crockpot Creamy Buffalo Chicken Pasta with Parmesan
This Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Pasta is a rich and comforting dinner made with tender shredded chicken, penne pasta, spicy buffalo sauce, and creamy Parmesan Alfredo. An easy slow cooker chicken pasta recipe that’s perfect for busy weeknights or game day meals.
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast
1 (16 oz) box penne pasta
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
1/3–1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (mild to spicy)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
2 tbsp ranch dressing (optional for creaminess)
1/2 tsp each: salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and dry ranch. Add chopped onion.
Pour the Alfredo sauce and buffalo wing sauce over the chicken. Mix gently so the chicken is coated.
Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender.
About 30 minutes before serving, boil the penne pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Shred chicken with two forks and return it to the crockpot. Stir in pasta, mozzarella, and Parmesan until cheesy and creamy. Add ranch dressing if desired.
Top with extra Parmesan, buffalo drizzle, or fresh parsley. Serve hot!
