    Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozen, thawed)
2 cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup (or mushroom soup)
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 cup chicken broth
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: 4 oz cream cheese (cubed) for extra creaminess
Fresh parsley or extra Pepper Jack, for garnish

    Instructions:

Place chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot. Season with salt and black pepper.

In a bowl, combine condensed soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and chicken broth. Pour over the chicken.
