Crockpot Creamy Broccoli Pepper Jack Chicken

Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozen, thawed)
2 cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup (or mushroom soup)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup chicken broth
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: 4 oz cream cheese (cubed) for extra creaminess
Fresh parsley or extra Pepper Jack, for garnish
Instructions:
Place chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot. Season with salt and black pepper.
In a bowl, combine condensed soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and chicken broth. Pour over the chicken.
Layer broccoli florets on top. For extra creaminess, add cubed cream cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender.
About 30 minutes before serving, stir in shredded Pepper Jack cheese. Cover and let it melt into the creamy sauce.
