    Crockpot Chicken Parmesan Soup Recipe

Warm up with this hearty and flavorful Crockpot Chicken Parmesan Soup! Packed with tender chicken, pasta, vegetables, and cheesy goodness, this slow cooker recipe is the perfect weeknight dinner. It’s everything you love about classic Chicken Parmesan in a cozy bowl of soup.

    Ingredients:

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cups chicken broth (low-sodium preferred)
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 cup carrots, diced
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
    Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup uncooked pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite)
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    Fresh basil leaves for garnish

    Directions:

    Prepare the Base
Place chicken breasts, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes (optional), salt, and pepper into your crockpot.

    Slow Cook the Soup
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.

    Shred the Chicken
Remove chicken breasts, shred with two forks, then return to the crockpot.

    Add Pasta & Cheese
Stir in the uncooked pasta. Cook on HIGH for 20–30 minutes, until the pasta is al dente. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.

    Garnish & Serve
Top with fresh basil and extra Parmesan for that classic Chicken Parmesan flavor. Serve hot with garlic bread or a side salad.
