    Crockpot Cheese Tortellini with Italian Sausage and Spinach

    This Crockpot Cheese Tortellini with Sausage is the ultimate comfort food pasta recipe. Made with cheese tortellini, Italian sausage, spinach, tomatoes, and cream cheese, it’s a creamy slow cooker tortellini recipe that’s perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners.

    Ingredients:

    1 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy)
    1 (19 oz) package frozen cheese tortellini
    4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
    1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes (undrained)
    1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed
    4 cups chicken broth
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:

    Brown Sausage Cook Italian sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain and add to crockpot.
    Combine Ingredients Add frozen cheese tortellini, spinach, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
    Season & Cook Add salt and pepper, cover, and cook on LOW 4–6 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours.
    Serve & Enjoy Stir, sprinkle with Parmesan, and serve hot.
