1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt & ½ tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

8-10 egg roll wrappers

1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

Vegetable oil, for deep frying

How to Make Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls:

Prepare the Filling

Heat a skillet with a bit of oil over medium-high heat.

Add onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. Sauté until soft.

Add the sliced steak or ground beef. Cook until browned.

Cook 2-3 more minutes. Let the mixture cool slightly.
