    Crispy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

     

    This roasted cauliflower recipe is the perfect combination of crispy, cheesy, and savory flavors. Whether you’re looking for a healthy side dish, keto-friendly snack, or low-carb appetizer, this recipe delivers!

    Ingredients:

    1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
    3 tbsp olive oil (for that perfect crispy texture)
    1 tsp garlic powder (adds a rich depth of flavor)
    Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (melts beautifully for a cheesy finish)
    Optional: 2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)
    Optional: Zest of 1 lemon or a squeeze of lemon juice (for a zesty kick)
    Optional: Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    Preheat & Prep:
    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

    Season the Cauliflower:
    In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
    If using, add panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.

    Roast to Perfection:
    Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
    Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

    Add Parmesan Goodness:
    Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Add lemon zest or a squeeze of lemon juice for a fresh, zesty flavor.
    Want it extra melty? Pop it back in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
