Ingredients:

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tbsp olive oil (for that perfect crispy texture)

Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (melts beautifully for a cheesy finish)
Optional: 2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)
Optional: Zest of 1 lemon or a squeeze of lemon juice (for a zesty kick)
Optional: Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
