    Crispy Parmesan Chicken with Creamy Garlic Pasta

     

    This Crispy Parmesan Chicken with Creamy Garlic Pasta is the ultimate comfort food duo! Juicy, golden-breaded chicken breasts pair perfectly with a rich, garlic-infused Parmesan sauce coating every bite of pasta. It’s a meal that’s as easy as it is indulgent, with just the right mix of crispy and creamy textures. Perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions, this dish is bound to impress. Garnish with fresh parsley for a simple, elegant touch!

    Ingredients:

    For the Crispy Parmesan Chicken:

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    1 cup breadcrumbs

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1 tsp paprika

    2 eggs, beaten

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Olive oil, for frying

    For the Creamy Garlic Pasta:

    8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)

    1 cup heavy cream

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    2 tbsp butter

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Fresh parsley, for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Crispy Parmesan Chicken:
    In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    2. Coat each chicken breast by dipping it in the beaten eggs, then pressing it into the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.

    3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry each chicken breast for about 5-6 minutes per side or until golden and crispy. Set the chicken aside.

    4. Cook the Pasta:
    While the chicken is frying, cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    5. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
    In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    6. Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is creamy and thick.

    7. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, then add the cooked pasta, tossing to coat.

    8. Serve:
    Plate the pasta and place the crispy Parmesan chicken on top. Garnish with fresh parsley for a touch of flavor and color.
