    Crispy Crab Stuffed Egg Rolls with Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce

     

     

    These Crab Stuffed Egg Rolls are a crispy, golden delight filled with creamy crab, cheese, and bold seasonings. Perfect for seafood lovers, they’re easy to make and deliver a restaurant-quality snack at home. The spicy mayo dipping sauce adds a zesty kick, making every bite irresistible. Ideal for parties, family dinners, or satisfying your cravings, these egg rolls are sure to impress. Serve hot, and watch them disappear in no time!

    Ingredients for Crab Egg Rolls:

    1 cup crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)

    1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

    1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

    1 green onion, finely chopped

    1/2 tsp garlic powder

    1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or seafood seasoning)

    A pinch of Creole seasoning

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Egg roll wrappers

    Oil for frying

    For the Spicy Mayo Sauce:

    1/4 cup mayonnaise

    1-2 tsp Sriracha or hot sauce (adjust for heat preference)

    1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

    A squeeze of fresh lemon juice

    Instructions:

    Prepare the Crab Filling:

    In a medium bowl, mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onion, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is creamy and well combined.

    Assemble the Egg Rolls:

    Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape, with a corner facing you.

    Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the crab filling onto the bottom corner of the wrapper.

    Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly, moistening the top corner with water to seal.

    Fry the Egg Rolls:

    Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).

    Fry the egg rolls in small batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.

    Remove and drain on paper towels.

    Make the Spicy Mayo Sauce:

    In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, smoked paprika, and lemon juice until smooth. Adjust the heat level to your liking.

    Serve and Enjoy!
