    Crispy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Recipe

     

    This Crispy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta is the ultimate comfort food, combining tender pasta, fresh broccoli, and golden, crispy chicken in a rich garlic cream sauce. It’s a crowd-pleaser that’s perfect for cozy family dinners or special occasions. Packed with flavor and easy to make, this recipe is ideal for busy weeknights. The creamy sauce paired with crispy chicken creates an irresistible texture and taste. Garnish with Parmesan or parsley for an elegant, restaurant-quality meal at home!

    Ingredients:

    For the Crispy Chicken:

    1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

    1/2 cup all-purpose flour

    1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko

    1/2 tsp garlic powder

    1/2 tsp paprika

    Salt & pepper to taste

    2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil for frying

    For the Pasta:

    8 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or bowties work great!)

    1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets

    For the Garlic Cream Sauce:

    2 tbsp unsalted butter

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    1 cup heavy cream

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

    Salt & pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Pasta and Broccoli:

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

    Add broccoli florets during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

    2. Prepare the Crispy Chicken:

    In a bowl, combine flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken pieces for 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy and golden. Remove and set aside.

    3. Make the Garlic Cream Sauce:

    In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).

    Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking until the sauce thickens (3-4 minutes).

    4. Combine Everything:

    Toss the cooked pasta and broccoli into the skillet with the sauce, mixing well to coat.

    Top with crispy chicken and gently combine.

    5. Serve:

    Divide into bowls and garnish with extra Parmesan cheese or chopped parsley for a pop of color.
