These Crispy Apple Pie Taquitos combine the warm, cozy flavors of classic apple pie with the fun shape of taquitos and they’re baked, not fried! This easy apple dessert is perfect for family gatherings, holiday parties, or a sweet weeknight treat. Drizzle with caramel sauce for an extra indulgent finish!

 

Ingredients (Makes 6):

6 small flour tortillas

2 cups apple pie filling, chopped into small pieces

2 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp butter, melted

Optional: caramel sauce, for drizzling

 

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Spoon 3–4 tbsp of apple pie filling down the center of each tortilla.

3. Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

4. Brush the tops with melted butter.

5. In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the taquitos.

6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

7. Serve warm and don’t forget to drizzle with creamy caramel sauce if desired!
