    How to Make Crispy Chicken Thighs in the Air Fryer
    Prep the Chicken
    Pat the chicken thighs completely dry using paper towels. This step is essential for achieving crispy air fryer chicken skin. Let the thighs rest at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.

    Season
    Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil on all sides. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and dried herbs. Season generously on both sides.
