    Creamy Tuscan Shrimp Recipe

Bring restaurant-quality flavors to your table with this Creamy Tuscan Shrimp a quick, garlicky shrimp recipe ready in under 30 minutes. Packed with spinach, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan, this one-skillet dinner is perfect for easy weeknight meals or healthy seafood dinners.

    Ingredients:

    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp butter
1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
    Salt & pepper, to taste
    3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
    3–4 cups baby spinach
    3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh basil or parsley, thinly sliced

    Instructions:

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then sauté for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.

Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add cherry tomatoes. Cook 3–4 minutes until soft and blistered.

Stir in baby spinach until wilted. Spinach adds vitamins, antioxidants, and color to your dish.

Pour in heavy cream, sprinkle Parmesan, and stir until the sauce thickens for a rich, velvety Tuscan cream sauce.

Return shrimp to the skillet, coat in sauce, and simmer 1 minute. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley.

    Rice
