Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through (6–7 minutes). Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the same skillet and cook for 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
