    Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Spaghetti Recipe

     

    This creamy spinach and mushroom spaghetti is a quick, easy, and delicious pasta dish made with fresh spinach, sautéed mushrooms, garlic, and a silky cream sauce. Perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or a comforting Italian-inspired meal.
    Ingredients:
    12 oz (340 g) spaghetti pasta
    2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)
    3 cups fresh spinach leaves
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp olive oil or butter
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping

    Instructions:

    Cook the spaghetti: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
    Sauté garlic and mushrooms: In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Cook mushrooms and garlic until tender and golden.
    Add spinach: Stir in spinach and cook until just wilted.
    Make the creamy sauce: Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
    Combine: Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy spinach mushroom sauce until well coated.
    Serve: Garnish with Parmesan cheese and enjoy warm.
