Creamy Sour Cream Beef Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
12 oz egg noodles
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup beef broth
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp butter (for greasing)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Boil egg noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside.
3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain fat.
4. Add diced onions & garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
5. Stir in mushroom soup, sour cream, broth, Worcestershire, and all seasonings. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes.
6. In a greased 9×13″ casserole dish, mix noodles and beef mixture together evenly.
7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and cover with foil.
8. Bake for 20 minutes, uncover, and bake 10 more until bubbly and golden.
9. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
