    Creamy Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Bake

    The Ultimate Seafood Pasta Casserole for Dinner Lovers!
    This Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Bake is a rich, creamy, and indulgent seafood pasta dish that combines tender shrimp, sweet crab meat, and a velvety Parmesan Alfredo sauce. Baked to golden perfection with a crispy panko topping, it’s the perfect comfort meal for seafood fans! Ideal for weeknight dinners or special occasions when you want something truly delicious.

    Ingredients:

    12 oz fettuccine pasta
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
    4 tbsp unsalted butter
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cups heavy cream
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
    1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
    1 tbsp olive oil (for topping)

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

    In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
    Pour in heavy cream, stirring often.

    Simmer on low until slightly thickened.
    Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until smooth and creamy.

    Add crab meat and shrimp to the sauce and stir gently.

    Toss the cooked pasta into the creamy seafood sauce until fully coated.

    Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.

    Mix panko breadcrumbs with 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle over the top.

    Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

    Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
