    Creamy Shrimp and Crab Stuffed Shells with Alfredo Sauce

    Creamy Shrimp and Crab Stuffed Shells with Alfredo Sauce

     

    An indulgent seafood pasta bake made with tender shrimp, sweet crab meat, creamy ricotta, and rich Alfredo sauce the ultimate comfort food for seafood lovers!

     

    Ingredients:

    20 jumbo pasta shells

    1 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped

    1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned)

    1 cup ricotta cheese

    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    2 cups creamy Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

    Salt and black pepper to taste

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

     

    Instructions:

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Cook jumbo shells al dente according to package directions. Drain and cool.
    In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    Carefully stuff each pasta shell with the creamy seafood filling.
    Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13” baking dish.
    Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish, then pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly on top.
    Sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese for an extra cheesy top (optional).
    Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
    Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

     

    Prep Time: 20 minutes
    Cook Time: 30 minutes
    Total Time: 50 minutes
    Serves: 4
    Calories: ~450 kcal per serving
