    Creamy Shrimp and Crab Spinach Dip

    Creamy Shrimp and Crab Spinach Dip

    Looking for the perfect party dip? This Creamy Shrimp and Crab Spinach Dip is packed with tender seafood, creamy cheese, and fresh spinach a guaranteed crowd-pleaser! Ideal for game day, holiday spreads, or anytime you crave something indulgent.

     

    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

    1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)

    1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    1 clove garlic, minced

    1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or seafood seasoning of your choice)

    1/4 tsp black pepper

    1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or 1/2 cup thawed frozen spinach, squeezed dry)

    Optional: a dash of hot sauce or a sprinkle of paprika for heat and color

     

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.

    2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, and cream cheese until smooth.

    3. Fold in the shrimp, crab meat, garlic, spinach, Parmesan, mozzarella, and seasonings.

    4. Spoon mixture into the baking dish and smooth out the top.

    5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

    6. Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh veggies!
