    Creamy Shrimp and Crab Seafood Pasta Recipe

    Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with this rich and creamy Seafood Pasta Recipe, loaded with juicy shrimp, tender crab meat, broccoli, and cheesy Alfredo-style sauce. Perfect for seafood lovers, dinner parties, or a cozy night in!

    Ingredients:

    For the Pasta:

    1 lb linguine or fettuccine pasta

    1 tbsp olive oil (for pasta water)

    For the Creamy Seafood Sauce:

    1 tbsp butter

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 medium onion, finely chopped

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

    1/2 lb lump crab meat

    1 cup broccoli florets (lightly blanched)

    1/2 cup chicken broth

    1 cup heavy cream

    1/2 cup chicken broth

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    Salt and black pepper to taste

    Red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Pasta:

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add olive oil and pasta, cooking until al dente (about 9–10 minutes).
    Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. Set aside.

    2. Make the Creamy Seafood Sauce:

    Sauté Aromatics:
    In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant (2–3 minutes).

    Cook the Shrimp:
    Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

    Add Crab Meat:
    In the same skillet, gently stir in the crab meat. Cook for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.

    Deglaze & Simmer:
    Pour in chicken broth, scraping up the pan bits. Let simmer 2 minutes.
    Add heavy cream and additional chicken broth. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

    Add Cheeses & Seasoning:
    Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.

    3. Combine Everything:

    Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat in sauce. Add reserved pasta water a little at a time if needed to thin sauce.
    Gently fold in broccoli and cooked shrimp.

    4. Serve & Enjoy:

    Plate the creamy seafood pasta. Top with fresh parsley and serve immediately for a gourmet, restaurant-style meal at home!
