Ingredients:
12 large sea scallops
1 cup firm white fish, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
18 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
2 celery stalks, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 large potatoes, cubed
2 large carrots, sliced
4 cups water or seafood stock for extra flavor
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups heavy cream
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Directions:
Pat the scallops dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
