Ingredients:
12 oz rigatoni pasta
1 lb Italian sausage (casings removed)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Boil rigatoni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add Italian sausage and break it into crumbles as it cooks until browned.
3. Stir in diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is soft and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
