This Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge is a rich, melt-in-your-mouth dessert that’s perfect for peanut butter lovers. With just a few simple ingredients like brown sugar, creamy peanut butter, and powdered sugar, it comes together quickly. The smooth and creamy texture, paired with the sweetness of vanilla, makes it an irresistible treat. It’s an easy, no-bake fudge recipe that’s perfect for holidays, gifting, or anytime you need a quick sweet fix. Slice it into squares and enjoy this indulgent dessert!

    Ingredients:

    ½ cup unsalted butter

    2 cups light brown sugar

    5 ounces half & half

    1 cup creamy peanut butter

    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    3 cups powdered sugar

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, covering the sides for easy fudge removal. Set aside.

    2. Ready the Mixing Bowl:
In a large mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar and have it ready.

    3. Make the Fudge Base:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, stir in the light brown sugar and half & half. Bring the mixture to a boil, letting it cook for 1 minute and 45 seconds without stirring.

    4. Add Peanut Butter and Vanilla:
Remove the pan from heat, and immediately mix in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.

    5. Combine with Powdered Sugar:
Pour the hot peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, beat the fudge until smooth and well combined.

    6. Pour and Set:
Spread the fudge mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan. Let it sit at room temperature for a few hours until completely set. Once firm, cut into squares and enjoy!

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour
    Servings: 16 squares
