    Creamy Parmesan Beef with Rigatoni Pasta

     

     

    This Creamy Parmesan Beef with Rigatoni Pasta is the ultimate comfort dish! Featuring tender ground beef, perfectly cooked rigatoni, and a rich, cheesy Parmesan sauce, it’s a meal the whole family will love. Ready in just 30 minutes, it’s ideal for busy weeknights or cozy dinners. Pair it with garlic bread and a crisp salad for a complete dining experience. Indulge in this creamy, savory delight that’s as easy to make as it is delicious!

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef

    1 small onion, finely chopped

    3 garlic cloves, minced

    12 oz rigatoni pasta

    2 tbsp butter

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 tsp Italian seasoning

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Rigatoni

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni until al dente following package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    2. Prepare the Beef Mixture

    In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute. Season with salt and pepper.

    3. Make the Parmesan Sauce

    Push the beef mixture to one side of the skillet. Melt butter on the other side over medium heat. Stir in heavy cream, blending it with the beef mixture. Gradually sprinkle in Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

    4. Season the Sauce

    Add Italian seasoning and adjust salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer gently for 3-4 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.

    5. Combine and Toss

    Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet. Toss well to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy Parmesan beef sauce.

    6. Serve and Garnish

    Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or basil for a pop of color and freshness. Pair it with garlic bread or a crisp green salad for a complete meal.
