Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp paprika
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
