    Creamy Garlic Steak with Parmesan Sauce

     

    Indulge in the rich flavors of this Creamy Garlic Steak recipe, where tender ribeye or sirloin meets a luxurious garlic-Parmesan sauce. Perfectly seared steaks are topped with a velvety cream sauce infused with garlic, Dijon mustard, and Parmesan for extra depth. This dish is ideal for a quick yet gourmet dinner, ready in just 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley for a burst of color and flavor.     Ingredients:

    For the Steak:

    2 boneless beef steaks (ribeye or sirloin)

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    2 tbsp olive oil

    1 tbsp butter

    For the Garlic Cream Sauce:

    1 tbsp butter

    4 garlic cloves, minced

    1 cup heavy cream

    ½ cup beef broth

    1 tsp Dijon mustard

    ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    Prepare the Steaks: Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper, allowing them to rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes.

    Cook the Steaks: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil. Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare (or to your desired doneness). Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.

    Make the Garlic Cream Sauce: Using the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until it’s fragrant.

    Add Broth and Simmer: Pour in the beef broth, scraping up any browned bits for added flavor. Let it simmer and reduce slightly.

    Add Cream and Cheese: Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and grated Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Combine and Serve: Return the steaks to the skillet, spooning the creamy garlic sauce over them. Let the steaks warm in the sauce for 1-2 minutes.

    Garnish and Enjoy: Serve hot, drizzled with extra garlic cream sauce and garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
