Ingredients:

For the Steak:

2 boneless beef steaks (ribeye or sirloin)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

For the Garlic Cream Sauce:

1 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup beef broth

1 tsp Dijon mustard

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the Steaks: Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper, allowing them to rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes.

Cook the Steaks: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil. Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare (or to your desired doneness). Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.

Make the Garlic Cream Sauce: Using the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until it’s fragrant.
