    Creamy Garlic Steak and Shrimp Recipe for a Luxurious Dinner

     

    Transform your dinner table with this luxurious Creamy Garlic Steak and Shrimp recipe! Tender steak bites and juicy shrimp are coated in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce, creating a restaurant-quality dish at home.     Ingredients:

    For the Steak and Shrimp:

    1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

    1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

    Salt and black pepper, to taste

    2 tbsp olive oil

    2 tbsp butter

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 cup chicken or beef broth

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 tsp Italian seasoning

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    Sear the Steak:

    Season steak pieces with salt and black pepper.

    Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add steak and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

    Cook the Shrimp:

    In the same skillet, heat remaining olive oil and butter.

    Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

    Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

    Using the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Deglaze the pan with chicken or beef broth, scraping up browned bits. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

    Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

    Combine and Heat:

    Return steak and shrimp to the skillet, stirring to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

    Serve and Garnish:

    Serve over cooked pasta, rice, or sautéed vegetables.

    Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of flavor and color.
