Creamy Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms
These Creamy Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms are the ultimate crowd-pleaser! I made them for my son’s birthday party, and they disappeared within minutes everyone was asking for more! This rich and savory dish works beautifully with cheddar too. Perfect as a side dish or even a quick appetizer!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces white mushrooms, whole or sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Sauté the mushrooms In a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and add the olive oil. Toss in the mushrooms and garlic, and sauté until tender and fragrant.
2. Make it creamy Pour in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well until the sauce becomes bubbly and smooth.
3. Garnish and serve Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy goodness!
