Ingredients:

2 pounds mini potatoes (baby red or gold potatoes)
2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Cook the potatoes: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook mini potatoes for 12–15 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
