    Creamy Garlic Parmesan Beef and Rotini Pasta

    Ingredients:

    12 oz rotini pasta
    1 lb ground beef
    2 tbsp butter
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    ½ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp black pepper
    ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
    1 cup heavy cream
    ½ cup beef broth
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

    Directions:

    Cook the rotini pasta: Boil the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. This creates the perfect base for your beef and rotini pasta.

    Brown the ground beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat and set aside. Ground beef adds rich flavor to this creamy beef pasta.
