    Creamy Garlic Parmesan Baby Potatoes

     

    Creamy Garlic Parmesan Baby Potatoes

     

    The perfect side dish for any meal! These creamy garlic Parmesan baby potatoes are rich, buttery, and packed with flavor.

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    3 tablespoons unsalted butter

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 cup heavy cream

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

    2. Prep the Potatoes: Toss the halved baby potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil until evenly coated.

    3. Roast: Spread the potatoes in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.

    4. Make the Garlic Sauce: While the potatoes are roasting, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant (but not browned).

    5. Add the Cream: Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.

    6. Incorporate Parmesan: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    7. Combine: Once the potatoes are done roasting, remove from the oven and pour the creamy garlic sauce over them. Toss gently to coat the potatoes evenly.

    8. Serve and Enjoy: Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy these creamy garlic Parmesan potatoes as a comforting and indulgent side dish!
