Ingredients:

 

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp dried thyme

½ tsp dried parsley

½ cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

 

Directions:

 

1. Season the chicken:
Pat chicken breasts dry. Generously season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and parsley.

2. Sear to perfection:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

3. Make the creamy garlic sauce:
Lower heat to medium. Add butter, followed by minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Deglaze & simmer:
Pour in chicken broth, scraping browned bits. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

5. Add the cheese:
Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until melted and slightly thickened (about 2–3 minutes).

6. Combine & finish:
Return the chicken to the skillet. Spoon sauce over the top and simmer for 5 minutes to soak in that rich garlic cream.

7. Serve & enjoy!
Garnish with chopped parsley. Pairs perfectly with mashed potatoes, buttered noodles, or roasted veggies!
