Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried parsley
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Season the chicken:
Pat chicken breasts dry. Generously season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and parsley.
2. Sear to perfection:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
