    Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

    Looking for an easy yet luxurious seafood recipe that’s sure to impress? These Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails are rich, indulgent, and bursting with bold flavor. Perfect for special occasions, romantic dinners, or just when you’re craving something extraordinary!

     

    Ingredients:

    4 lobster tails (split in half)

    1/4 cup unsalted butter

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 cup heavy cream

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Juice of 1/2 lemon

    1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    Salt & pepper to taste

     

    Instructions:

    Prep the Lobster Tails
    Preheat your broiler. Arrange the halved lobster tails on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

    Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce
    In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 mins). Pour in the cream, then stir in the Parmesan until melted. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer until silky and smooth.

    Broil the Lobster
    Generously spoon the garlic butter sauce over the lobster tails. Broil for 8–10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and slightly golden on the edges.

    Serve & Enjoy
    Drizzle with extra garlic butter sauce, sprinkle parsley on top, and serve with lemon wedges for that fresh zing.
