Ingredients:
12 oz rotini pasta (or any short pasta)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
