This Creamy Crockpot Cheeseburger Pasta is the ultimate comfort food! Loaded with Velveeta, cream cheese, and savory ground beef, it creates a rich, cheesy sauce with a touch of spice from Rotel tomatoes. Perfect for busy weeknights, this easy crockpot recipe takes minimal effort and delivers maximum flavor. The addition of bowtie pasta makes it a hearty, family-friendly meal that everyone will love. Customize the consistency with pasta water for a perfectly creamy finish every time!

    Ingredients:

1 block (16 oz) Velveeta cheese

1 block (8 oz) cream cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with chilies

    2.25 pounds ground beef

1 box (16 oz) bowtie noodles

    Instructions:

    1. Prep the Crockpot: Set your crockpot to high.

    2. Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Once cooked, drain any excess grease and add it to the crockpot.

    3. Add Cheesy Ingredients: Toss in the Velveeta, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes. Stir to combine.

    4. Cook in the Crockpot: Let the mixture cook on high for about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally to melt and mix the cheeses evenly.

    5. Cook the Pasta: Boil the bowtie noodles according to the package instructions. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water.

    6. Combine and Serve: Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot just before serving. If the sauce is too thick, stir in a little pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.

    Tips for Success:

Garnish with fresh parsley or shredded cheddar for extra flavor.

For a spicier kick, use hot Rotel or add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
