    Creamy Crab & Shrimp with Spinach

    Indulge in this creamy crab and shrimp recipe with spinach, a seafood lover’s dream! Packed with juicy shrimp, tender crab meat, and fresh spinach in a rich Parmesan cream sauce, this dish is perfect for date night, family dinners, or special occasions.
    Serve it over pasta, rice, or with warm crusty bread for a comforting, restaurant-style meal in under 30 minutes.

    Ingredients:

    2 tbsp butter
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 small onion, finely chopped
    8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
    6 oz lump crab meat (or imitation crab)
    2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
    1 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Fresh parsley, for garnish

    Directions:

    Step 1: Sauté Garlic and Onion
    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and onion, cooking until fragrant and translucent (about 2–3 minutes).

    Step 2: Cook the Shrimp
    Add shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and tender. Remove from the pan and set aside.

    Step 3: Wilt the Spinach
    In the same skillet, add chopped spinach and cook until wilted (1–2 minutes).

    Step 4: Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
    Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Add crushed red pepper flakes for a little kick.

    Step 5: Combine Seafood
    Gently fold the crab meat and cooked shrimp back into the sauce. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until everything is warmed through.

    Step 6: Finish with Lemon & Parsley
    Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, adjust seasoning, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

    Pro Tips:

    Use fresh lump crab for the best texture and taste.
    Serve with pasta, rice, or toasted baguette slices for a satisfying meal.
