Creamy Crab & Shrimp with Spinach

2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 oz lump crab meat (or imitation crab)
2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Step 1: Sauté Garlic and Onion
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and onion, cooking until fragrant and translucent (about 2–3 minutes).
Step 2: Cook the Shrimp
