Ingredients:
12 oz pasta shells (medium or large)
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup crushed tomatoes (canned or fresh)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Chicken:
Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
