    Creamy Cheesy Beef Shells Casserole

    A comforting, family-favorite pasta dinner loaded with savory ground beef, rich marinara, and creamy cheese sauce perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends!

    Ingredients:

    1 box (16 oz) pasta shells
    1 lb ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup beef stock
    1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
    1 cup heavy cream
    ½ cup sour cream
    16 oz grated cheddar cheese
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    ½ tsp paprika
    1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
    Salt and black pepper, to taste

    Instructions:

    Cook the pasta:
    Boil the pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
    Brown the beef:
    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with chopped onion until browned and fragrant. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
    Build the sauce:
    Stir in beef stock, marinara sauce, heavy cream, sour cream, and all seasonings. Let the mixture simmer for 5–7 minutes.
    Add the pasta and cheese:
    Mix in the cooked shells, then add grated cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and coats everything in a creamy, cheesy sauce.
    Serve and enjoy:
    Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Perfect for 5 hungry eaters and even better as leftovers!

    Pro Tips:

    Try adding crushed red pepper for a spicy kick!
    Swap cheddar for mozzarella or Colby Jack for extra gooeyness.
