The smoky Cajun seasoning adds a kick to tender steak and juicy shrimp, all tossed in a velvety Alfredo sauce. Paired with fettuccine, it’s a restaurant-quality meal you can make at home. Ready in just 35 minutes, it’s perfect for busy weeknights or special dinners. A true comfort food favorite for pasta and seafood lovers!

    Ingredients:

    8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

    1 lb steak, thinly sliced

    2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Pasta:
Prepare the fettuccine pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    2. Season Shrimp & Steak:
Toss the shrimp and steak in a large bowl with Cajun seasoning, ensuring even coverage for a flavorful bite.

    3. Sauté the Shrimp & Steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp and steak for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and the steak is browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

    4. Prepare the Sauce:
Using the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until aromatic. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, creating a luscious Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    5. Combine & Finish:
Return the cooked pasta, shrimp, and steak to the skillet. Toss until everything is evenly coated in the creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce.

    6. Serve & Garnish:
Heat through for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
