Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
10 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cajun seasoning (to taste)
Olive oil (for cooking)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Boil cheese tortellini in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
