Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
24 oz beef broth
28 oz diced or crushed tomatoes
2 taco seasoning packets
4 oz salsa
4 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook 5–7 minutes until soft and fragrant.
