    This Creamy Beef and Shells recipe is a perfect blend of tender pasta, savory ground beef, and rich, cheesy sauce, making it an ideal weeknight dinner. With just a few simple ingredients, it comes together in 30 minutes for a comforting and satisfying meal. Perfect for busy families looking for a delicious and easy dinner option.

    Ingredients:

    – 1 lb ground beef
    – 8 oz medium pasta shells
    – 1 cup heavy cream
    – 1 cup beef broth
    – 1 cup marinara sauce
    – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    – 1 onion, chopped
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 2 tbsp olive oil
    – Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    1. Cook Pasta: Prepare the pasta shells according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

    2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until they are fragrant and softened.

    3. Brown Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until it is browned and fully cooked.

    4. Simmer Sauce: Pour in the marinara sauce, beef broth, and heavy cream. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.

    5. Combine and Melt: Add the cooked pasta shells and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.

    6. Season: Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
