Creamy Baked Spaghetti Delight
Ingredients:
– 1 pound spaghetti
– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Set aside.
4. In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
5. Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
6. In a baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, followed by the cream cheese mixture, beef sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
