    Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup

This Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup is everything you love about classic lasagna rich, cheesy, and hearty turned into an easy one-pot soup! Loaded with Italian sausage, ground beef, tender lasagna noodles, and a luxuriously creamy Alfredo-style broth, this cozy dinner is perfect for busy weeknights or chilly evenings.

    Why You’ll Love This Recipe:

Ultimate comfort food: Creamy, cheesy, and deeply satisfying

One-pot meal: Less cleanup, more flavor

    Family-friendly: A guaranteed crowd-pleaser

High in protein: Thanks to beef, sausage, and cheese

Perfect for cold weather: Warm, hearty, and filling

Lasagna flavor without the work: No layering required!

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground Italian sausage
    1 ½ lbs ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 cups chicken broth
    3 cups heavy cream
12 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
    Fresh basil, for garnish

    Directions:

In a large pot over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage, ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is browned and the onion is soft. Drain excess grease.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
Stir in the heavy cream and broken lasagna noodles. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot and garnish with fresh basil for a burst of flavor
