    Cranberry & Goat Cheese Flatbread with Maple-Honey Vinaigrette

    This Cranberry Goat Cheese Flatbread is an easy flatbread recipe that combines creamy goat cheese, tart cranberries, crunchy toasted walnuts, and fresh rosemary. Topped with a maple-honey vinaigrette, this holiday appetizer flatbread is perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any party.
    Ready in just 20 minutes, this goat cheese flatbread with cranberries is a simple, crowd-pleasing snack or light meal that looks as good as it tastes.

    Ingredients:

    For the Flatbread:
    1 flatbread or naan (about 200 g)
    ½ cup goat cheese, crumbled (60 g)
    ⅓ cup dried cranberries (40 g)
    2 tablespoons walnuts, toasted and chopped (20 g)
    1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (3 g)
    For the Maple-Honey Vinaigrette:
    1 tablespoon olive oil (15 mL)
    1 tablespoon maple syrup (15 mL)
    1 tablespoon honey (15 mL)
    1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (5 mL)
    Pinch of salt and black pepper

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.

    Top flatbread with crumbled goat cheese, dried cranberries, walnuts, and rosemary.

    Bake for 8–10 minutes until the goat cheese melts slightly and flatbread edges are crispy.

    Whisk maple-honey vinaigrette: Combine olive oil, maple syrup, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.

    Serve warm: Drizzle vinaigrette over the baked cranberry goat cheese flatbread, slice, and enjoy.
