    Enjoy this Crack Chicken Noodle Soup, a creamy chicken soup that’s loaded with tender chicken, hearty vegetables, egg noodles, and melted cheddar cheese. This easy chicken soup recipe is the perfect comfort food soup for cold days, cozy dinners, or a flavorful weeknight meal.

    Ingredients:

    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    6 cups chicken broth (low-sodium optional)
    2 cups shredded cooked chicken
    8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 teaspoon dried dill
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    1 1/2 cups egg noodles (or noodles of choice)
    1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Directions:

    In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent, 3-4 minutes. Stir in garlic, carrots, and celery and cook 5 more minutes until slightly softened.

    Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, then add shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, dried dill, and parsley. Stir until the soup is rich, creamy, and smooth perfect creamy chicken soup texture.
