Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Salmon

Ingredients:
1 large salmon fillet, butterflied
1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
1/2 lb lump crab meat
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt, black pepper, paprika (to taste)
Optional: Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and spices. Mix until smooth.
3. Gently open the butterflied salmon and fill the center with your seafood stuffing.
4. Carefully close the fillet, sprinkle extra paprika on top, and place on a baking tray.
5. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until salmon is flaky and cooked through.
