    Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon

Indulge in the ultimate baked salmon recipe with this Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon a restaurant-quality seafood dish made right at home! Perfectly seasoned salmon fillets are filled with a rich, creamy stuffing of lump crab meat, tender shrimp, and a savory blend of herbs and spices. This easy seafood dinner recipe is perfect for weeknights, holidays, or special occasions.

    Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

½ cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped

½ cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)

    2 tbsp mayonnaise

    2 tbsp cream cheese, softened

    1 tsp Dijon mustard

    1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

    2 tbsp chopped green onions

    1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    ½ tsp garlic powder

    1 tbsp lemon juice

    Salt and pepper to taste

    1 tbsp olive oil

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or sheet.

    2. In a bowl, mix together shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy and combined.

    3. Pat salmon fillets dry. Carefully cut a slit into the side of each fillet to form a pocket.

    4. Stuff the salmon generously with the creamy crab-shrimp mixture.

    5. Place the stuffed fillets in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lightly season the tops with salt and pepper.

    6. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork.

    7. Serve hot with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and your favorite sides like roasted vegetables, rice, or garlic mashed potatoes.
