    Ingredients:

    1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

    4 teaspoons garlic salt

    2 teaspoons black pepper

    2 cups all-purpose flour

    2 beaten eggs

    1 cup milk

    2 teaspoons paprika

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined.

    2. Season the Flour: In a large plastic bag, combine flour, garlic salt, black pepper, poultry seasoning, and paprika.

    3. Coat the Chicken: Place the chicken pieces in the bag, seal it, and shake well until the chicken is evenly coated.

    4. Double Dip: Dip the coated chicken in the egg mixture, then coat it again in the seasoned flour for an extra crispy crust.

    5. Fry to Perfection: Heat oil in a skillet to 365°F (185°C). Brown the chicken on all sides until golden.

    6. Cook Through: Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.

    7. Drain and Serve: Remove chicken from the skillet, drain on paper towels, and serve hot.
